The Western Rail Passenger Review is a journal of news and commentary looking to the future of passenger rail, and is currently published ten times yearly by the Rail Passenger Association of California. It is distributed nationwide. Each issue contains interesting articles written by knowledgeable rail advocacy writers, commentary on national and western rail issues, research on those issues, rail travel trip reports provided by the readers, and photos of rail events and locations throughout the west.

Your subscription is included in the paid annual dues.
